We are pleased to announce our merger with Hurley, Williams & Cook, P.S. effective December 1st, 2015. Our combined firm will operate as the Hearthstone CPA Group. Ball & Treger, LLP was found by Dave Ball in 1979 and has been providing superior client service and technical competence in taxes, accounting and auditing since that time. As many of you are aware, Dave is terminally ill and this sad event has resulted in examining how we will continue to provide this service to our clients in the future and keep our team intact to do so. We are merging with a firm with the same focus, competence, and culture as ours.
Their firm began its professional practice in 1986 and has grown to a staff of 15. The combined firms with employ 23 staff including 16 CPA’s. You can expect to enjoy a “large firm ability with small firm personal service.” A larger organization will also mean our staff of professionals will benefit from even more and stronger career opportunities.
There are several things we want to point out that will not change:
– You will continue to work with the same people in our firm you have in the past
– Our fee structure will not change
– The services we have provided you in the past will continue
Ball & Treger, LLP will be moving our office to the Hearthstone Center building around June 2016. Our existing phone numbers will continue to be the ones you will use to contact us.
We are grateful to you not only for giving us the opportunity to provide you with accounting services but for your loyalty and friendship, which have enriched our relationship. We are confident that our new affiliation will serve us all well.
