Steven L. Beardsley, CPA, CVA, MBA
Steve has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and industry. His varied professional
background includes time with a national CPA firm, primarily working in auditing, and as CFO for
Zachary Confections in Frankfort. Steve returned to public accounting in the small firm setting in
1991.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in 1977 with a major in Economics and a
Master of Business Administration from Indiana University School of Business in Bloomington in 1979.
Steve is the immediate past chairman of the Indiana CPA Society and has been involved in other
capacities with the Society and many other civic and community organizations. Steve is the father of
three and grandfather of nine and enjoys fishing, bicycling, and gardening in his spare time.
