Bill joined Bedard, Kurowicki & Co., CPA’s in 2016 bringing in his practice and extensive experience will Governmental auditing. Bill has over 30 years of experience with both regional and international public accounting firms. In addition to Bill’s tax and commercial experience, he specializes in working with Governmental audits for Counties, Municipalities, Utilities, Boards of Education, Authorities and other various Federal and State agencies and grants. Bill also has expertise with Public Utility Commission administration of various utility rate cases including original cost allocation studies, indirect cost studies, design of accounting systems and preparation of Testimony and Petition to the Public Utility Commission.
