Illinois Public Accountant License #065-015312 with continuing education requirement of 40 hours per year average since 1982. Practice specialties include business organization, planning and formation as well as computerized accounting and financial reporting. Expertise in corporate, partnership and individual income tax preparation, as well as, payroll, sales and excise tax reporting. Proficiency with income taxation and planning for corporations, individuals, estates and trusts.
Professional affiliations include memberships in the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Society of Accountants, and the Independent Accountants Association of Illinois.
