Timothy R. Colombe is a founder and the sole shareholder of Blum & Colombe, Ltd.
Tim is a certified public accountant and has fulfilled the requirements to be a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Tim spent the first 12 years of his career in public accounting. He has performed far more than 1,000 business valuations since 1982 and has extensive experience as an expert witness in litigation matters. Tim has also been closely involved with the sale and acquisition of several businesses, providing consultation and assistance related to pricing, structure and financing.
Tim has served on the Board of Directors of several closely held companies including the following:
A large foundry with nine plants located throughout the Midwest
A fixed income manager with over $3.0 billion under management
A minority owned promotional products company
An embroidery company
A promotional products company with offices in several cities throughout theUnited States and subsidiaries in Europe, Hong Kong and China
