Briton Mortgage purchased their building in 2001. It was a family home in disrepair. Janine made a commitment to the owner and her family that the home would not be torn down, but repaired and restored.

The remodeling was complete in 2003 and it has been the proud “home” of Briton Mortgage ever since.

Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is dedicated to providing superior customer service. The lending industry is constantly changing, so we are always working hard to keep up with the latest changes to ensure we are offering the best products and rates to our clients.

I began my lending career in 1983. In 1999, I opened Briton Mortgage with the vision of bringing the community a premiere service backed by my many years of lending experience.

The name Briton has great meaning as it is the joining of my two daughter’s names, Brianna and Ashton. Brianna was only 8 years old at the time and is the “artist” that drew the logo we still use today.

Briton Mortgage strives to provide a positive lending experience and create customer relationships that last a lifetime. Our Briton team is made up of motivated and caring individuals whose goal is to deliver excellent customer service. That is why our motto is “We Brighten the path to homeownership”.

Since we are in the business of homeownership I felt it was important for Briton Mortgage to have its own home too. I purchased the house in 2001 and began the journey of making it a professional, yet relaxing and fun environment. The office is decorated with seasonal and house inspired quilts.
