Our history began with our founder, Irv Weber, when, back in 1946, Irv formed IWA to meet the Workers’ Compensation needs of professional trade associations. His first success was in designing an insurance program for a dry cleaning industry association, which eventually grew into IWA’s hallmark FabriCare Advantage™ Program, the largest in the country. Irv then branched out into other sectors, leaving a legacy that enabled the next generations to build what today is a full-service program administrator specializing in the design, marketing, and underwriting of niche industry insurance solutions.
