Glenn P. Johnson, CPA, MST
Glenn founded Johnson & Company in 2006 bringing together expertise across a broad array of accounting disciplines to help clients tackle today’s financial challenges. As a tax accounting practitioner with 25 years of experience, he specializes in servicing individuals, estates, trusts, and business entities, including start-ups.
Earning his CPA license in 1988, Glenn started his career with Dargis and Busby, CPAs in Biddeford and for many years held an equity position with Cross Professional Associates in South Portland. Glenn is dedicated to continuing professional development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine and a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Bentley College in Massachusetts and today is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Living in Scarborough, Glenn is active in the community as a board member of Peregrine Corp. and a member of the Portland Kiwanis Club. As an avid traveler, Glenn enjoys boating, scuba diving and cooking.
