Paul Johnson III, CPA is one of the founding shareholders of the firm, and is the senior shareholder who has overall responsibility for services to the firm’s clients. He concentrates his practice in tax, and governmental and not-for-profit auditing. He has been practicing public accounting since 1976. Mr. Johnson also holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental and Not-For-Profit Accounting and Auditing awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Mr. Johnson is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
