Joseph A. Lux is the owner of our firm and has dedicated over 30 years to assisting individuals and small businesses with their financial needs. Prior to establishing his own firm, Joseph held several key financial positions in both private industry and public accounting.
A CPA and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Joseph is also a published author of numerous articles regarding taxation—an area in which he has exceptional expertise—and small business issues. He is also a former member of the NYSSCPA multistate taxation committee. Joseph is a graduate of Baker University (Bachelor of Business Studies) and Pace University (MBA in Taxation).
Joseph’s focus remains on providing the highest quality financial services and personalized, practical solutions to help his clients succeed personally and professionally. Well-known in the greater Nyack, New York community, Joseph has assisted hundreds of businesses and individuals.
Joseph is a life-long resident of Rockland and Orange Counties and has been an active community contributor for more than 20 years, volunteering his time and expertise as Past President of the Nyack Rotary Club and as an instructor for Junior Achievement at Nyack Middle School.
The father of three boys, Joseph keeps busy when he’s not in the office camping, hiking, and participating in athletic activities. He also has interests in photography and technology.
