Joseph Passaniti, CPA
Joe has been practicing as a sole practitioner for 7 years. With a client base growing and the resilience to build a successful practice of his own, he is the engine driving JP Accounting & Tax. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Pace University in Public Accounting. He gained immense knowledge and experience serving asset management clients at Ernst & Young LLP in the heart of Manhattan, Times Square. His list of clients included AllianceBernstein, Harbert Management Corporation, AIG, Ehrenkranz & Ehrenkranz LLP, GSO Capital Partners LP and Moore Capital Management. He has also had valuable private corporate experience at Fortune 50 companies including IBM and Pepsico and as VP of finance at a midtown Manhattan Bank. Joe is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, registered member of the AICPA and holds the Series 65 designation as the founder of DJP Capital Advisors LLC which is a New York State Registered Investment Adviser.
