Rich Strauss’s 30 years of experience in public accounting include firms ranging in size from four people to “Big Five” when he worked at Ernst & Whinney prior to its merger with Arthur Young. In addition to managing Kaduson Strauss and handling a full caseload, Rich reviews all the work done by the professional staff and consults regularly with his clients to help them improve their businesses and/or finances. He also works extensively with trusts and estate planning.
Rich is a Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey and New York, and a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Rich is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), New Jersey Society of CPAs, New York State Society of CPAs, National Society of Accountants, National Society of Tax Practitioners, and Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.
Rich earned an MBA degree in Accountancy at Baruch College (City University of New York) and a BA in Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY. He earned the AICPA’s Certificate of Educational Achievement in Taxation and has completed his Certified Financial Planner coursework. He lives in Central New Jersey with his family. His hobbies include spending time with his family, reading and golf. In addition, he is the bass player in the classic rock band 40 WiNX.
Neimi (Nick) Mousa, CPA, CFP®
Nick provides CFO/Bookkeeper/Advisor services to clients of Kaduson Strauss & Co., both at their offices and ours. This includes offering strategies to minimize tax liabilities and reduce inefficiencies, as well as advising clients on business and personal financial matters.
Nick graduated from Montclair State University, and earned his CPA certification in 2010. He is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
