James K. Casart
Jim is a shareholder of Karsh Consulting, PC, specializing in Tax Planning, Consulting and Compliance. Jim is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting and multiple Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Political Science, Economics and Management Science, all from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
Jim joined Karsh Consulting, P.C. in 1991. His prior experience includes eight years at Arthur Andersen, a global public accounting firm and owning and managing a private business. Jim has a passion for working with rapidly growing businesses, including the planning needed from initial structure and formation, to effective operating strategies and through the successful execution of exits. He has helped structure and negotiate numerous transactions for entrepreneurial business, including acquisitions, joint ventures and exit events.
Jim is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
