Monique joined KS&Co as a Partner in 2012. She brings fifteen years of Big 4 public accounting experience. Prior to her years at PwC and KPMG, she served as an Income Tax Auditor with Oregon’s Department of Revenue.
In her most recent role as Tax Director, she served PwC clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. At KS&Co, Monique provides consulting and compliance services to public and private companies up and down the West Coast.
Monique has spent a large portion of her career focused in the area of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). In addition to this, she consults on complex tax matters, manages income tax preparation, and assists clients with federal and state tax authority examinations and appeals. Her clients have included publicly–traded Fortune 500 companies and privately–held middle market corporations. Industry sectors of note include retail & consumer products, manufacturing and technology.
Monique was born and raised in Montana. She graduated from Montana State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting.
When Monique isn’t working, she can usually be found at a sporting event cheering on one of her three active boys
