Our Story
Langdon & Company, LLP evolved from the vision of our managing partner, Robert E. Langdon, II. Robert’s public accounting career led him to one of the “Big 4” public accounting firms. During his tenure there he learned much and met many friends and mentors. However, Robert had a dream of creating a firm that provides true value to clients, not merely produce billable hours; to provide clients with a high degree of expertise, while maintaining a commitment to client service. Out of this dream Langdon & Company, LLP was formed in the spring of 1991.
Robert assembled a core team of people with similar training and experience and that shared the same vision and values. Today, L&C serves clients throughout the southeastern United States. Langdon & Company LLP brings you a team of highly qualified, experienced professionals dedicated to personalized service.
Company Bio
Langdon & Company LLP was founded in 1991 by Robert E. Langdon II, the Firm’s current managing partner. Since its formation, the Firm has grown to a staff of approximately twenty-five CPA’s, professionals and paraprofessionals. Our Firm currently has four partners.
The original office was located on Aversboro Road in Garner, NC. In 1993, the Firm outgrew this space and moved into East Pointe Building located on Highway 70 in Garner where it is still located today.
Social Responsibility
Our CPA firm strives to give back to the community through various activities including but not limited to our annual service day, in which the entire office is closed and all members of our team participate in one unified community service effort.
In addition, many of our employees hold leadership roles on countless boards and committees, including working with religious organizations and civic entities. Our CPA firm recognizes and supports the need for strong community stewardship.
