KRG Capital Partners (“KRG”), founded in 1996, is a Denver, Colorado-based private equity firm focused on investing in growing and innovative “best-in-class” middle market companies. Since inception, the Firm began executing on its “buy and build” investment strategy and at that time raised debt and equity on a deal-by-deal basis for individual companies (the “Pre-Fund” era). The success of this initial strategy led KRG to launch a more traditional pooled fund vehicle, raising its first institutional Fund I in 1999. Over its history, KRG led the deployment of over $4.0 billion of equity in over 200 transactions, including approximately $1.2 billion of equity from closely aligned co-investors. Our Plan
