Mary Liberti
Mary is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Criminal Justice, both from Rutgers University. She has worked as a Financial Analyst and has obtained her certification as a Fraud Examiner. She also spent three years as a Law Enforcement Deputy in Tampa, FL.
James Rice
Jim is a CPA and has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to starting Liberti & Rice, he was a foreign exchange trader for various international investment banks. He has also been a successful tax lien investor and enjoys investing in the financial markets.
Mary and Jim joined forces in 2009 to form Liberti & Rice, LLC. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve excellent results for all of their clients.

Bill has over 30 years of experience with both regional and international public accounting firms. In addition to Bill’s tax and commercial experience, he specializes in working with Governmental audits for Counties, Municipalities, Utilities, Boards of Education, Authorities and other various Federal and State agencies and grants. Bill also has expertise with Public Utility Commission administration of various utility rate cases including original cost allocation studies, indirect cost studies, design of accounting systems and preparation of Testimony and Petition to the Public Utility Commission.
