Ken Hughes, CPA
A member of the firm since 1991, Ken Hughes has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. As a partner, Ken specializes in federal taxation as well as business planning and structuring including mergers & acquisitions and business dispositions. Ken has extensive experience with the financial statement audits of privately-held companies. He serves clients in a number of industries with a practice concentration in real estate development and construction, as well as in mortgage banking.
Ken earned a BBA from Panhandle State University in 1983. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA. Ken has served on the Board of Directors of various local charitable and civic organizations, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ciera Bank in Graham, Texas, where he is a shareholder.
