Paul Williams Paul Williams has more than twenty-five years of public accounting experience in auditing and
accounting, he also has thirteen years of management experience in retail service industries. He is
a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree
in business. He also has additional year and a half of masters level accounting course work from the
University of Colorado at Denver.
He has been certified as a CPA by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy since 1990 and certified
as a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts
since 1996. The CVA designation is a statement to the business, professional and legal community
that an individual is qualified, through academic and practical experience, to meet the standards
and professional expertise required by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
