Originally located in Boston’s Post Office Square, Betro and Company, P.C. was founded in 1958 by Gerald J. Betro. The firm, now headed by Gerald’s son, Felix S. Betro, has a home office in Foxboro, Massachusetts, with additional offices in Cataumet on Cape Cod and in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
In 2008, Betro and Company, P.C. celebrated its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of providing exceptional financial accounting service to individuals and businesses throughout New England. Many of the firm’s clients have remained loyal throughout our existence, giving testimony to the outstanding level of expertise and service we provide.

Felix Betro is a highly accomplished estate Certified Public Accountant, estate planning attourney, and business valuation analyst. As President of Felix S. Betro, Counselor At Law, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations to ensure your experience as a client is successful and your needs are properly met. With more than 30 years of professional experience serving the needs of individuals, families and business owners, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that you can rely on to meet your legal, accounting, investment and estate planning goals.
Felix is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Southern New England School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is the principal of The Law Offices of Felix S. Betro and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Other memberships include the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Felix has served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
In his spare time, Felix enjoys music, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife, Patty, and three children.
