Rich Lane, C.P.A., established this business in 1995. Prior to this he worked with Amtrak (NRPC) as an internal and external auditor for 15 plus years. Rich earned his degree in Economics at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA in 1971 and became a CPA in 1982. He earned his MBA at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL in 1997. He is a registered public accountant with the state of Illinois (ID 239017046). Rich specializes in Offer-in-Compromise for individuals and businesses who have outstanding issues with taxing entities, and individual tax returns.
Monica B. Lane, C.P.A., earned her degree in Accounting from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL in 1989 and her certificate of public accounting in the fall of 1989. She has had over 25 years of business experience in accounting, office management, corporate development, business plans, payroll and corporate taxes. Monica is a registered public accountant with the state of Illinois (ID 239005512). She specializes in corporate records, general ledger, office organization and business plans.
Because we recognize the need to be diverse in our current economy, Rich has been an active member of Business Networking International (BNI) and has held various officer positions. He has also been a member of Toastmasters International since the mid-90’s and is still an active member, holding various officer positions over the years. Monica has maintained a business relationship with various local banking institutions, finance people and fellow accountants. This network of associates allows us to have the expertise of legal, finance and other business industries that we do not specialize in available to our clients.
