DUBLIN, Feb 10, 2020 — Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) (“Theravance Biopharma” or the “Company”), a diversified biopharmaceutical company primarily focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of organ-selective medicines, announced today that it intends to offer $150.0 million of ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Theravance Biopharma also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of additional ordinary shares. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

(the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 24,000,000 units, upsized from 20,000,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trade under the ticker symbol “CCAC.U” beginning on February 11, 2020. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each warrant whole exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.
