Specializing in residential real estate since 1986, Kathy Rolfo has built an impressive business. Because she operates largely by referral, Kathy has been able to cultivate solid, trust based relationships with over eight hundred families. Essentially, it is her love of such relationships built over the years that fuels her interest in the real estate profession. In it for the long haul, Kathy lives, eats and breathes real estate. “It’s not just about the job, or the transaction it’s about my clients’ best interest. I take my position seriously,” Kathy asserts. Kathy Rolfo, exceeded my expectations, and then some. Considering I’m not easily impressed, let me tell you what she did for me, and you make your own decision if she can do the same for you. First, she understands holistically San Diego. That means she knows the communities from Oceanside to the border, from the beaches to the mountains. But even more important she understands the community spirit, the sense of what makes it tick. You can also count on her to know the freeways and the commute times; the quality and location of the schools; the public and private amenities like libraries, parks and gyms; the local taxes/fees; shopping and restaurants, etc. Once she knows your needs, she’ll work to ensure your buying power is maximized by finding that best value in the community you desire. She’ll work objectively in negotiations, the property inspections and all those things necessary to get to closing w/o stress. All this while meeting the needs of the total family, e.g., balance what I wanted, versus what my wife wanted, versus what the kids wanted. Distilling all this down to the perfect home, in the perfect community, is not easy, but I wouldn’t change the purchase we made.
