Adair Group, Inc. has specialized in tenant finish construction since our inception in 1992. Our completed projects range anywhere from small tenant expansions; to large scale multi-floor construction. We are quite adept and take pride in our ability to work in and around occupied spaces. Our established clientele represent some of Denver’s most prestigious real estate and management companies. It is not our intention to build every tenant finish project in Denver; instead we would prefer to work diligently with several companies in an effort to become familiar and comfortable with the requirements and expectations of that company.

We are among the top rated companies in the Denver market in both quality and cost. Our proposals and accounting are second to none in both accuracy and presentation. Each of our projects is assigned a full time superintendent to focus daily on product quality, schedule and site safety/cleanliness as well as being a liaison to the tenant or building owner/manager. Adair Group, Inc. is one of very few tenant finish contractors in Denver who still provide full time supervision. Although full time supervision costs us more, we feel the end result justifies the expense and we are still able to be competitive in the market.
